Anthony Biele- RMC Services, Inc. President
As a young boy growing up in New York, Anthony became exposed to construction through his father’s general contracting business. By the age of 12, he had learned to read blueprints and started to learn the art of preparing bid packages for government work. At 16, finally legal to work in the field, he started working in general construction.
So, beginning as an electrician, Anthony worked his way through the trades with the idea of starting his own company. He eventually moved out of the field and back into the office becoming the Operations Manager of a statewide retail maintenance contractor out of Miami in 1996.
RMC Services began their specialty work with retailers working directly through corporate offices and through national contractors in the North and South Carolina area in August of 2002. Anthony had moved to North Carolina to be closer to family when a former client tracked him down and asked if he would start doing the work that he had done for him in Miami in North Carolina. Starting just 4 days after that call, with only himself and a van, RMC has grown to be the leader in the industry it has become today.
Indicative of their fine work and reputation, RMC has enjoyed a 35 to 75% revenue increase each year since inception. Focusing in Maryland, Virginia, Washington DC, North Carolina, and South Carolina, RMC has several employees in each of these areas.
Always one to use technology in his business, Anthony made hand-held work order computers and digital cameras mandatory for each of his technicians. He also regularly trains his workers in the latest construction techniques.
